Welcome to Emerald Forest UD
Emerald Forest Utility District (the "District") is a Municipal Utility District (MUD) created in 1971 by order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The District contains approximately 750 acres of land and is located in Harris County.
The District has constructed and operates water, sanitary sewer, and drainage facilities to serve its residents.
